ROAD COMMISSIONER CONCERNS:
Harvey advises that the 1998 truck dump body on Howard’s truck is in need of some extreme repair. He is getting quotes on welding work and what needs to be fixed. They have spent approx $3000.00 so far on the repair. Harvey would like to speak to Roger Wright about buying back the box of the truck that was burned as it is in good shape and could be painted and put on Howard’s truck. To buy a new dump box is about $35,000.00. Harvey will advise the Board at the 14th meeting about the best option.
Harvey has a road petition around town for Rte 120 repair.
TOWN CLERK CONCERNS:
Town Clerk advised that the Janitorial position is open. Has someone in mind to take over the job. Will contact her to see if she would like the position.
Scott Choiniere/Jamie Boudreau moved to adjourn at 8:15 pm. All in favor, so moved
Respectfully, Lisa A Larivee
